Archer Advanced Rubber Components manufactures a variety of custom die-cut gaskets, bushings, decals, and washers. We specialize in rotary die cutting and kiss cutting of parts at tight tolerances. Using automated and manual punch presses, we meet all types of prototyping and high volume die cutting requirements efficiently. Our punch presses handle cork, expanded Teflon, felt, fish paper, and several other materials. Multi-layered finishes are provided on request.

Our punch presses can die-cut parts up to 48" in width. Insulated or RFI/EMI shielded products are used for electrical applications. We use all types of dense, sponge, and adhesive backed material for die cutting. Although we manufacture parts to exact customer drawings in BMP, IGES, PDF, or TIFF formats, design and consulting services are provided too.
