Custom Extruded Parts

Archer Advanced Rubber Components produces a wide range of custom extruded products such as gaskets, door seals, and spliced rings in different shapes as well as sizes. We can extrude "U", solid "D", hollow "D", and custom shapes from both dense and sponge materials. For special application requirements, we also offer PSA-backed, vulcanized, and spliced custom extrusions. Employing salt bath and microwave curing allows us to meet the tough quality standards for organic and silicone rubber. We produce parts to stringent FDA, Mil-Spec, and RMA (Rubber Manufacturers Association) standards.

Our rubber extrusions are flame retardant, temperature resistant, and made from high-density materials such as Buna-N, EPDM, Neoprene, and Silicone. We have over 20 years of experience in designing angles, channels, rods, and tubing to meet static and dynamic sealing requirements. Lamination, slitting, perforating, and printing logos or part numbers on extruded parts are some additional services we provide. Our extruded rubber products are widely used by OEMs in the appliance, automotive, food, and medical industries.
