Archer Advanced Rubber Components produces close tolerance, custom molded components from a variety of rubber polymers. Gaskets, grommets, bellows, and cable assembly components in different shapes, sizes, as well as colors are custom molded at our facility. Our dedicated engineers design the product using compression, transfer, or injection molded processes. We handle all prototype and high volume production of custom injection molded parts.

Our capability to work with every type of elastomer, coupled with custom compounding operations, allows us to meet rigorous material specifications and performance criteria. Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing practices allow us to perform efficient molding operations. Additionally, our molded products comply with SAE, FDA, and RMA standards too. We mold parts of dimensions up to 18" x 18".
